OFFICE MANAGER / BOOKKEEPER


Brief Description:  The Catholic Legacy Foundation of Acadiana is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support our mission through a blend of operational support and bookkeeping services. This full-time role manages donor records and gift processing, coordinates events, and serves as the welcoming first point of contact for callers, visitors, and inquiries. The position also assists with reports, correspondence, and presentations, making strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with accounting software, and a commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church are required.
